Teknik Melegakan Stress

Walaupun tidak dapat menyelesaikan keseluruhan stress anda, teknik berikut mampu mengurangkan kekusutan fikiran dan melegakan ketegangan anda.

1. Rehat seketika antara waktu kerja boleh melegakan ketegangan emosi, kekusutan fikiran dan ketegangan fizikal.

2. Merangka jadual kerja seharian anda. Berikan keutamaan kepada yang paling penting.Selesaikan satu persatu.

3. Bersikap realistik. Jangan bebankan diri anda jka tidak mampu melakukan sesuatu pekerjaan. Atau, lakukan secara beransur-ansur tetapi tetap.

4. Banyakkan pergaulan, jangan abaikan teman-teman atau keluarga sendiri semata-mata kerana terikat dengan jadual kerja yang ketat. Mereka adalah pembantu kita di dalam kesusahan.

5. Kerap bersenam dengan melakukan aktiviti-aktiviti fizikal yang boleh mengurangkan ketegangan. Ia juga mampu menyenyakkan tidur dan mengelakkan kerisauan yang tidak menentu.

6. Luahkan masalah anda kepada orang lain seperti pasangan anda, keluarga dan teman-teman yang mungkin boleh membantu. Hasilnya anda akan berasa lega.

7. Bercuti sambil berehat untuk merehatkan fikiran anda. Tidak perlu melancong ke luar negara, dalam negara sendiri sudah mencukupi.

8. Jangan memendam rasa. Kesilapan lepas dijadikan pengajaran bukannya dikesali untuk sepanjang hayat. Ingat, semua orang melakukan kesilapan dan kita tidak terkecuali.

9. Jumpa doktor atau pakar jika masalah tidak juga dapat diatasi; jangan segan berjumpa doktor atau pakar untuk mendapatkan khidmat kaunseling.
